Sales of 3-BHK houses increase by 19% across top 7 cities: Report by Economic Times

Many of the working population in India are now looking to get larger homes as Work from Home (WFH) is still a recommended suggestion by the central and state governments to follow for corporates.

Sales of 3 BHK housing units increased by 19% across top 7 cities in India during the first quarter of 2021 to 30,169 units versus 25,307 units sold in the corresponding period last year, according to a report by real estate state data analytics firm PropEquity.Many of the working population in India are now looking at buying larger homes as corporations are still following the work from home (WFH) model driven by central and state government recommendations and also the high Covid-19 infection rates.
