Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Policy

Alpha Corp Development Limited (Alpha-Corp) management, is committed to incorporate Quality, Occupational Health & Safety measures in work practices and protect the environment in its real estate and asset management business by adhering to the following:

  • Promote a positive culture by effective implementation of systems that achieve continual improvement in QHSE performance.
  • Comply with Quality Management System requirements to ensure quality products are delivered and services to our customers in timely and their satisfaction.
  • Identify & eliminate/reduce/control hazards and pollution, that could cause injury, ill-health, incidents or environmental harm.
  • Comply with all applicable legislation and standards pertaining to QHSE.
  • Provide training & resources to all the employees of company, contractors, sub-contractors and vendors in order to maintain QHSE systems effectively.
  • Innovate and develop new methods to enhance customer satisfaction and to reduce the detrimental effect to the environment from our products, during construction and subsequent use.

  • Consultation & participation of workers and workers’ representatives for safe and healthy working conditions and for the prevention of work related injury and ill-health.
